DePin son las siglas de Red de Infraestructura Física Descentralizada. Se trata de aprovechar un sistema de recompensas, pagadas en fichas, para motivar a la gente a poner en común recursos como almacenamiento, ancho de banda, potencia de cálculo y energía. El objetivo es crear y mantener de forma colaborativa la columna vertebral de la red, convirtiéndola en un esfuerzo colectivo.
